We’re launching two new 6-week virtual group therapy programs designed to help you manage generalized anxiety, paired with the power of individual support. This unique design allows for the benefits of both group and individual therapy at the same time.
Group therapy harnesses the power of collective energy to support healing and growth. It offers a unique opportunity to practice skills in real-time, receive feedback, and experience the support of a compassionate community.
Each group includes biweekly individual therapy sessions (45 min. sessions) to complement the group experience. This hybrid model offers over 8 hours of support in just six weeks — at half the cost of traditional therapy. Groups are $749 total (private pay only) and meet weekly in our virtual space.
We’re currently enrolling for two new series:
Anxiety in Motherhood: Thursdays, 10–11 AM (Starts August 28)
A space for mothers to explore anxiety, overwhelm, and the pressure to "do it all" — with practical tools and compassionate support.
Anxiety in Young Adulthood: Thursdays, 12–1 PM (Starts August 28)
Tailored to the unique challenges of early adulthood — identity, career, independence, and anxiety that comes with big transitions.
Individual sessions (45 mins) will be held on Fridays.
